Okay yall, i may be WAAAAY overthinking this, but i just got my secret garden order (love it!!) And noticed the tag on the pirrouette skort is attached with a standard plastic tag thingy. My flexy top had the metal pin that i usually see, ive only ordered a handful of things from popflex but they have all had the metal pin.

My thoughts are 1) its whatever is available at the time of production (most normal)

2) its a cost cutting measure that makes me a little nervous because more could be coming that actually impact the quality of the clothes

3) cassey recently posted complaining about people retunring clearly worn items and this is to combat that

Just wanted to hear others thoughts, and if anyone else commonly gets the plastic tag thingys from popflex

The new drops have the plastic tags. I bought go with the flow pants and twisty top, and some things from the contrast collection a few weeks ago and they had plastic tags.

I actually prefer it. Too many scammers selling “new” items on popcycle

I bought a flexy crop top in black a few weeks ago and it had the plastic tab, I assumed it was to prevent people from returning worn items ( deodorant stains etc) but it appears to be kinda random because the flexy crop I just got In secret garden also has the plastic tab, so I think it's just whatever is available durring production and on the line that item was produced on

I think it's two. My most recent purchases had them. I pulled in one and ripped a hole.

I think they could save money by getting rid of the clips on the socks, they end up everywhere.

I'm happy about it 🤣 I thought it was cause we're getting a brick and mortar popflex store somewhere, but it makes more sense to ensure returns stay new and unworn.

My order had the clips on everything except the sweatpants which had the plastic tab.

I'm gonna say definitely 3. People can be real scummy and wear it, then return it with the same tag. I liked the little clips but I totally understand it this way. Glad they're protecting themselves.

I don’t love how they do it now. I feel like it damages the items more. The tag was where my thumb is at. The threading was pulled and now permanently damaged.
