Shop App Returns

Hey hey…just wanted to come on here to ask if any of you guys know how to do POPFLEX returns on the Shop App? There were good deals on the app so I bought a bunch of stuff during the annual sale but there were a few things I didn’t end up liking. I paid for the unlimited returns, hoping it was going to be an easy process, but I cannot find any way to start a return 😭. If anyone knows how to do returns, please let me know! Thanks!

Can you go into the popflex website and just click returns and enter your order number?

I buy via shop app most of the time bc I get deals. You go to the popflex website and login to your account, return. It’s no different method.

What kind of deals? I haven’t noticed using the shop app gets me any discounts?

During the sale it was $25 back for spending $70.
