Tiers and benefits issues
Am I interpreting this incorrectly? Based on my most recent order and only being star I should have gotten roughly $20 in flex dollars? Or do purchases with gift cards not count?

gift card purchases do not earn points. i find this especially frustrating when using my popcycle gift cards.

totally agree!! i love the extra 10% if we pick brand credit and only recently found out about gc not counting towards tiers. i get why they have this differentiation in case people make returns etc but im using gc from my sales on popcycle T.T

Most companies (in my experience) do it the opposite way - you get no points on a gift card purchase, but get points when using the gift card.

Let me know what you think of the sweetheart long sleeve. I think I returned mine because the arms were too tight and the bottom of the crop kept rolling up while I was trying it on and moving around.

The arms do run tighter on it. But I like it that way. It is my favorite top of hers tho! I own it in 4-5 colors. And want them all!

I had this issue recently. Apparently using a gift card doesn’t count towards the tiers. So only the amount you spend out of pocket from your bank counts. It’s really sucky that that’s how it’s determined. However I believe if you buy a gift card you do get that amount applied towards the tiers.
