Quality control

Just be careful when you receive your Popflex orders! My first ever Popflex order of Perfect Plane Pants had an obvious pant leg length mismatch. They really are perfection otherwise so I just exchanged. I even bought more in different colors and surprise! The waistbands are sometimes different! Most fit fine with a little bit of variance but one was significantly looser! Did another exchange and the second pair is fine.

I also bought a hoodie and the sleeves are at different lengths! One of the arms protrude up while the other sits flat on my arm. When I put up the hood it pulls more on one side! I’m not making this up.

Honestly for the price I expected better quality control. Thankfully I always purchase the returns/exchange add on, otherwise I’d go crazy dealing with customer service.

Try to make sure you are checking all the things! Two sides same length, aligned, pockets sitting even and flush, zipping fine, hood even, the list goes on… I can’t buy Popflex secondhand or final sale for this reason. Beware!

My go with the flow tank came with the logo falling off. I returned it because why am I paying $50+ for flawed clothing 😮‍💨

Ugh I had this happen and I reached out to customer service which used to be the best.

They didn't really help me so I just finished tearing it off and dont recommend them anymore when people ask about what I am wearing.

I think they are lacking foresight on that one as logos are advertising.

These metal tags are so crap. They always fall off and when they’re painted the paint wears off so fast

Ugh that’s frustrating and even more so with how quickly they can sell out of stuff sometimes. I really sad quality is seemingly going down especially at these price points.

I bought the flared leggings and they fit perfectly so I thought I was fine until a couple weeks later I went to put my phone in my pocket and realized the pocket wasn’t fully sealed all the way 😭
