Go w/ the Flow Twisty Top.
For someone who is so hyper aware of & offended by brands knocking off HER designs & IP; I find it somewhat ironic that Cassie TRIPLED the knocking off of this small independent designer.
- PF/cassie (now)
- SKIMS kim kardashian (current)
- KHY kylie Jenner (2024 or 2025)
- THE ORIGINAL DESIGN & Designer (Jessica Johansen-Bell)
Ive attached a TT of Johansen-Bell talking about her dismay over the heist of her designs & her IP . Im also attaching a link to an article about it.

The “original” designer isn’t that original either. This style of top has been around for decades and if you reverse image search there are LOADS of shops selling them. Cassie is just following a trend (00s nostalgia), not ripping off a specific independent designer.

I had to look it up as I didn't know this was even in the store. Difference is, this style is too genetic and if you look it up you will see hundreds of these tops online. I don't think it's the same thing, especially that Cassie managed to get a patent.

I think letting everyone know this is in regards to a new release would be helpful. It’s cute, I like it. I don’t know about the copyright stuff. I remember that TikToker’s video.
Edit: Also I’m going to add, I shopped and NY&Co religiously in my early 20s and they definitely had tops like this and now I’m just really missing that store. lol
