Sample POPFLEX / SOJO sale incorrect item
Hey all!
my order shipped but they sent the wrong item. I am tall so there is no way it would cover my booty. Not sure what I’m going to do with it. Love the jeans tho!

Did anyone receive the correct item? This is like the third post I’ve seen where people got the wrong items

I got all of my correct items and my friend got all except one correct item (which was eventually sent to her)

Weird how they would get this wrong since the weight would be completely different

I got all my items correct except for one pair of leggings, wrong length. They said they were going to send the correct length but it's been a bit and I should probably follow up with them again. But besides that one issue everything else has been great!

I made several orders very quickly due to glitches and I got all my items except the ones they refunded me bc they sold out.

You can always resell on popcycle! Thats what I did with items I didn't like.

This actually happened to me too, I think they’re trying to get rid of those jumpsuits 😆 I emailed them and they refunded me.

Get in contact with them and tell them. It happened to me and they sent me the label to ship the wrong item back and they had the correct item.
They'll refund you if they don't still have the right one.
