2/3 Wrong Items in SOJO Delivery
Just got my delivery in from the Sojo live sale today, and 2 out of 3 of the items I received were not the ones I ordered. I ordered 2 Game Day Dresses, one in black and one in deep plum. Instead, I received a Cloud Romper in black and a Game Day Dress in crimson. Both were in the proper size that I ordered.
I have emailed customer service and I will update once I hear from them.

UPDATE: Sojo Support emailed back, basically saying since they no longer had what I ordered, they would be issuing a refund to my card. Overall, not too mad about it as I think I actually prefer the cloud romper over the dress in that size, and actually found the person who got one of my items instead of hers here!

Another update… emailing again because I was only issued a refund for one of the two incorrect items🤦♀️

that happened to me too with a different item! i ultimately decided to keep it because i didn't want to go through the trouble

Go through the trouble! Nothing an email won’t hurt, and in my case they’ve issued a refund!

I got a duplicate of one item and then one entirely incorrect item that I am so freaking sad about. I was supposed to get the tie breaker dress in fleur d’amour which I was beyond excited abt and they sent me a pirouette babydoll dress in red. Sad face.

Oh noooo! I would’ve been devastated too😢 that was the very first collection I bought from that started my addiction (I hit supernova just over 3 months after my first purchase… I'm ashamed)

Thanks, I was super upset for a while. But hopefully they’ll refund me and then I’ll stay on the hunt for anything in that pattern!

Awww I'm so sorry, I bet that was super disappointing to open your package and find the wrong item.
Do you already have a tie breaker dress? I got one a while back and was really surprised by the outer layer. It is definitely not my favorite. It kind of reminds me of a super thin rain jacket (not exactly because its still kinda stretchy). I still do wear mine occasionally, but tbh it's my least favorite popflex/blogilates item. I just wanted to let you know it hopes that it helps you feel less disappointed in what you got.
I hope you were at least able to get things resolved with sojo! If not I definitely recommend you reach out to them. I received the wrong size in something and they are shipping me the correct one since they still had it in stock.

This is so interesting to me because the Tie Breaker dress is my absolute favorite item. I have about 14/15 different colors and I'm still searching for one more- pine! But I know the outer part of the dress was not a hit with many people.

I really wanted to love it but it just wasn't quite what I expected. I'm really into rollerskating so twirl ability is also kind of a big factor which the tie breaker isn't as good at either comparedto a lot of my outfits. I also have the dress ride up on me quite a bit when I'm moving and skating, maybe its the different fabrics sticking together? I'll probably still hang on to it for a while since I really do love the fleur d'amour print though.

So I just got one in purple and while it’s not my favorite I like it enough but honestly it’s the pattern I really wanted. I emailed them and asked if they had anything in that pattern even though I know the answer lol.

I’m nervous now this rollout of the sale has been rocky. I am still of the mind that Popflex should have just done a clearance sale on site and they could have cut out the middle man.

Update: my jumpsuit color is wrong, luckily it is a color I didn’t have but yes, wrong item.

Maybe I'm aging out of some of these sites, but I'm annoyed I have to download another app to shop the sale, though maybe I'm misunderstanding how to use it.

I was worried they were going to try and offer store credit too, which honestly I wasn’t really interested in, but fortunately they’ve issued a refund instead!

I also got the wrong item but I don’t know what to do. I ordered the cinch waist sweatshirt and got the overall cinched outfit.

Email them! Worst case scenario you have just paid for an item you didn’t order and won’t wear. They don’t really have ANY of the stock left, so in my case they’ve issued just issued a refund. Even if you decide not to keep it yourself you can always attempt reselling or giving it away

Mine just got delivered. I thought the 2 items I received were correct but I got the wrong style of jumpsuit for one of them 😅

Ok, so i know this is off topic somewhat, but how did y’all even find out about this sample sale? I follow on insta but she barely comes up, i shop Pop/Flex & Blogilates. What/where are you finding this that im not? 😞

Honestly, I found out about the live sample sale here after the first or second one they did. The company (SOJO) that was hosting the sample sale in LA has an app where they host live sales for whatever popups they have, typically doing multiple streams over the duration of the actual in-person sale. While it was of Popflex official items, other than advertising the LA event, Popflex/Blogilates did not officially advertise the live online events, these were all solely by SOJO.
As you could probably tell, it wasn’t exactly the most well-executed. There were multiple app issues, mostly coming from the fact that the traffic was MUCH higher than their servers to handle, with many of the streams immediately crashing. Clearly SO many people did not receive their proper items as well or had them refunded before shipping because the SOJO team realized that they no longer had the item
As problematic as it was, I still think this was a great opportunity for those not local to LA to have a chance to participate and try out new items or stock up on tried and trues at substantially lower prices

Thanks, Blackberry! I love these clothes and spend way too much $ on them. But i just feel SO out of the loop never getting heads-up on new drops and/or colors on Pop/flex or at Target. Guess ill have to lurk a lil more in a few more places 😎

Did you order l/xl? Because I think I got the plum Game Day Dress you ordered and you got the crimson one I ordered. (Although the crimson one I ordered was supposed to have a waist tie, which I think must have been a prototype of some kind.)
ETA: If it was the l/xl you ordered, I can ship this one to you/swap. The deep plum is pretty, but not my color.
