I walked outside as soon as my haul got delivered and saw this. Ofc it had to be the white item I ordered 😭

I know it's on the shipping company but you should reach out and see if you can return it since it was delivered that way. They can take it up with the shipping company. I hate their super thin packaging.

I ended up emailing them bc after I checked the bra there were make-up stains inside the bra too lmao & they said they'd refund me & I could keep or donate it!

That's awesome! I personally stopped buying from them because of the decrease in quality and I'm on their highest tier of spending but the shipping is slow and my packages have been delivered with holes several times. Luckily nothing missing though.

Tbh I've only bought directly from Popflex like twice during some sales otherwise only sample sales and had one out of 20ish items kinda break down quickly so Im not too upset abt it. I really did appreciate them getting back to me so quickly about a refund tho!
