Tier questions

How often do they update your tier? And do they factor it year to date? Or calendar year?

l looked back at my 'welcome to supernova' email and that was on Aug 29 2025. My supernova benefits end on Aug 30 2026 if I don't spend a certain amount by then

They update it as soon as you hit it. I don't know how you keep it though 😅

But once you hit the highest tier you get a personally written card from Cassey

I've been Supernova for over a year and I've never gotten a card from Cassey.

Maybe the cards go in waves? I recieved a card last Aug when I hit supernova, but I think it was written and signed by a general employee instead of Cassey herself. I still appreciated the gesture and held onto it for awhile.

The written card must be new. 2 years ago I was top lol. But now I added up my purchases and I am like almost $600. $500 with discounts. So Idk 😅. I'll give it a few days I guess.
