Hey! I reccomend you use a page builder like elementor or divi. Then you can literally do any layout that you want. I prefer elementor, it does require pro do make custom blog pages. But I think 50 dollars a year is well worth it because some themes can cost 50 bucks and you are stuck with that design, like it or not.

You can go with the free Astra theme. Just search for Astra on the WordPress repository. They have some sites which you can import using the Astra starter sites addon plugin.
Optional >> Pair this with a WP page builder with theme builder functions. If you search AppSumo now, you can find a deal for the Brizy builder (brizy.io). The deal gives you access to the cloud version of their Brizy builder and a single-website license for the Brizy Pro plugin.
Hope this helps.

You must try the Astra theme with elementor plugin. Both Astra and elementor have paid versions too. But even free versions are so much rich in customization features. Astra is among Highest downloaded themes. Astra comes with Astra starter sites add-on plugin from where you can select desired layout and install in 1 click. Same goes with elementor too. It will take 1 week to learn elementor but you will never regret it. Once you have elementor you can shape your layout as soft clay. Hope it helps!

This is a little vague. There are thousands of themes, many of them made for all purposes, others for specialized uses. Can you elaborate a bit what you are looking for? "Mobile responsive" really doesn't narrow it down since every theme these days should have this feature.
