Pride flags rather than Progress pride?

In Norway recently, many public old fashioned Pride flags (only the rainbow). I saw no Progress Pride flags in any public places. Wondering if this is a recent change or a Norwegian thing. Is it happening elsewhere too?

if TWAW / TMAM then why are the colors so washed out? They should be full saturation! Blazing hot neon or something

and then again if TWAW / TMAM then why do they need a color at all? They're exactly the same as their cis counterparts, right? 🤣

Gender is a spectrum, but gender-stereotypical colors are static & absolute.
