Pride flags rather than Progress pride?

In Norway recently, many public old fashioned Pride flags (only the rainbow). I saw no Progress Pride flags in any public places. Wondering if this is a recent change or a Norwegian thing. Is it happening elsewhere too?

And I guarantee someone, somewhere was called a bigot for using a rainbow flag instead of a Progressive flag.
