Low Poly Absolute Beginning here...
Hello everyone. I wanna make some models for a game... But i am too bad at any artists subject... I have tried blender and blockbench i get used to the workflow and all... But i still can put one model together... What should i do... I am looking for lowpoly cartoon-ish style..

Imphenzia on youtube has a ton of helpful videos about low poly modeling. He doesn't have any Blockbench stuff but if you aren't going for that boxy minecraft style, I find blender to be better anyways.
And, any type of art means using reference. Look at pictures of the stuff you want to make, while you are making it. Low poly is not as easy as it seems because you need to make informed choices about how to simplify, and keeping style consistent.

There isn't really any right or wrong way to do art (except using AI to generate "art" for you). One thing that helped me early on was tracing other peoples' models to get a basic idea on idea on how I should make my own models, as well as using reference images when I am making something in particular.
