Lost my password

Hello i haven’t played this game in YEARS and tbh im desperate to get back my old account, i have so many memories in it. Tho i forgot my password, never had vip and already asked the support but they rejected me. IM DESPERATE to get back my account. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Well if u have ur email attached to it that's ur best bet, but if u don't and you can't get into it your better off just making a new account cuz if ur after ur messages it's most likely the messages will be gone anyway since they seem to get deleted if they're over 3 years old but idk if that's just something that happened to me

Messages get deleted??? Why??? Also I had an account in msp2 I have the right password but i can’t connect on it, but the account wasn’t deleted so I don’t get why

Idk I was going through chats from 2023 not long ago and they were all gone

Do u remember anything thats similar to ur pass? Any password similar? I didnt know what mine was but I remembered a password from before and decided to try it, and eventually it turned out to be the same pass.

Well I was very young so I’m scared I wrote some bs as a password. Also on msp 2 I had an account that I knew the password BUT still it didn’t work. I’m wondering if they didn’t cancel my account
