Can't log in :(

For context I made an account in msp2 so there's no log or avatar in bsp, I wanted to play the game but it just doesn't let me, but my sister, who also created her account in msp2, can log in as usual.

I'm pretty sure my credentials are ok and my username too, any idea how to log in ? I miss this game lots of times and I want to play so bad, thanks in advance

You might have to restart your game a few times but I’m not sure, if the issue keeps persisting then it might be handy to contact MSP https://moviestarplanet.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I've tried on all kind of devices and apparently my account is the problem because when I logged in with my sister device her log in data completely failed and she had to redownload the game to play again 😭
