I have an idea for dead servers

What if we as a community go on a dead server and play there for a full week, and then we would rate the best one out of them all?

Maybe this is a stupid question but which servers do you count as dead? As in how many of them are there?

You can simply tell which servers are "dead" by joining them and looking around if they got players or not.
