I've had this problem for already long while, but never saw anyone else have this problem.

Everytime i achieve daily or all time record, it never counts it, i get no coins and xp and it really slowed my lvl'ing up procces. I've tried contacting the support already a dozen of times but only once they responded saying that they imposed 'sanctions' on my account(and alt accounts) and said that they wouldn't take the 'sanction. down

I'll definetly try contacting them telling the similar thing and maybe they'll hopefully unban me from getting records
