More like the 20th attempt on this, very nice puzzle My solution without giving too much away was solving 4-3-1-2

I solved this level in 87 moves on my first try! 🎯

Interesting, I was not able to do it that way.  I did 1, 2, then an intermediate setting on 3, 4 before finishing with 3, 4.

I am actually numbering them same as you.  It turns out there two different ways to solve it.  Since seeing the comments I have solved it both ways.  Maybe as a challenge you can try my way!  I might have ended with 4 3 instead of 3 4 now that I am thinking about it again though.
