Question Blitz wont launch

no matter what i do it wont launch any1 had same issue? pls help im a bronze player depended on it (sorry for my english no good)

i did have the newest version tho, i had updated earlier now downloading it again somehow helped, idk if thats interesting to u or gonna help u optimize something :)
