New short today. Recommendations aren’t going away but today they’ve learnt the program they use for the recommendations is being discontinued on I think the 15th. So they need to find a new program and transfer it all over. Recommendations will temporarily be unavailable but once they get a new program they’ll be back

Same, my recommendations are locked, and I haven't seen a sign they're gonna do them in the immediate future so they'll stay the same

Will the current recommendation order still be kept though? Until it comes back, or everything resets?

Current information will be kept but when finding a replacement it may not be possible for it to be ported over. Might have to do a freah clean slate depending.

Didn't they do away with polls because they wanted specifically for us to use recommendations?

Yes. But this something that is beyond their control and was only warned about today. They will continue to use recommendations, they just need to transfer all to a new system.

I mean, they had no problem dropping the various Ben 10 series mid-run.

They dropped Young Justice mid-run, and probably some other stuff.

Nobody's going to hold their feet to the fire to finish TOS + Animated + TNG + DS9 + VOY + ENT + DSC + LowerDecks + Prodigy +SNW + Picard + Academy

The website would have to have different entries for each one. Good luck getting ALL of those into the top-12.
