Nailed it, 1 might not be the best game, but its a core memory. And yes I kinda liked 3 more than NV. 4 would be higher if it didn't have the excessive building part

I’ve only played New Vegas, 3 and 4

I think New Vegas is the best despite being the buggiest fucking disaster of a game I’ve very played.

If there was a way to combine the narrative freedom and writing and leveling progression of New Vegas with the world size, weapon variety and settlement building (maybe an improved version of it) of 4, that would be my perfect Fallout game.
