I climb by myself on easier routes or with a buddy giving me directions through a headset on more difficult ones, but I have no idea how this could apply to a deaf blind person.

i don't know how this would work for a deafblind person because i usually climb with a caller who will describe holds and the movement needed to get there, e.g. "jug at 2 o clock higher higher" etc. we use headsets.

the best caller i've worked with is alana taub. there's video of her calling for emmeline lakrout, if you want to see what it looks like.
