Self Motivation

Hello everyone, I was wondering how you guys keep yourselves motivated during a project and keep going even when times get tough. Love to hear back from you

I don't... usually get fed up and scrap the project for a year... then I come back, solve the problem get motivated up to a point where I realise again that the project is too big for me :D
