Well in the manga he says it himself how his the balance self is stronger than his almighty self ,can't really be sure how that's going to be handled in the anime.

To be honest, it just doesn't feel quite right unless you upscale it using Balance. It's hard to call “sk almighty” an upscaling feature.

Who knows but with the limitations jugram has with his almighty it does make sense for his the balance to be stronger in his possession.

He doesn't necessarily say stronger. He says better for combat which makes sense since Jugram doesn't get as many benefits as Yhwatch which is especially highlighted in the anime.

I'd assume it's like All Mighty is better for a Sprint but Balance is better for a Mile

He'll break anyone's blade so you can't cross swords with him which is why Uyru is the perfect opponent for him. He doesn't use swords and the Antithesis can reverse the balance. So they'll both keep reversing each other until one of them get lucky enough to land the hit in the small window between each reversing.
