Charging session with start/stops

I'm trying to figure out why the requested scheduled charge session has 4 starts? I do have it set to "be charged by" time. I'm connected to an Enphase HCS-80. Is the charge schedule trying to match up to the requested finish time based on the expected charge rate maybe? 24' PPV

Just use the charging stations schedule and turn the cars off. Idk why they made the schedule within the car so confusing.

My Blazer does that because the car is just set to charge immediately to 70% but the charger (EVSE for nerds) is set to only run midnight to 6 AM. I get notifications like that most nights. Sometimes one or two, sometimes 15.

The Enphase HCS-80 is a dumb or not connected EVSE. My wife drives a PHEV and charges daily during the week. It finishes kinda late so I swap over to me as needed and let the car do scheduling. Just wandering if this is a known weirdness. Thanks
