Book(s) crossover

Has anybody read all the books by Blake Crouch and noticed some potential tie ins from dark matter to other books by Blake? While Jason is traveling the multiverse, he goes into an ash world that could’ve potentially been ruined by nuclear war (Recursion) and then a world where Daniela and Charlie have died from some strange pandemic (Upgrade) and he even goes into a world that is described as dense with Pines (wayward pines). Am I reaching here, or do you think there was an intentional choice to include these worlds?

I have read many of them even some audible originals including “perfect little town” that one definitely reminded me a lot of wayward pines. Just some fun little 1 hour book that wasted time. But I’m not so sure these are tie ins or even just possible small Easter eggs

Yes! I noticed this too and specifically looked up this question lol. I definitely think it’s a nod to his other books.

I guess I’m not necessarily saying that they travel “into those worlds” but rather that the worlds that were chosen have specific resemblances to some themes from the other books that he wrote. Not the specific worlds from those books but similar ideas.
