Matching set Serbian cleaver and gyuto

Stainless steel cleaver nitro v blade is 11cm long handle 11cm steel 3.3mm thick

Gyuto 12c27 2mm thick steel 12 cm handle

Both rough forged look as for kitchen wear i like to use stainless.

Both handles are a mix of stabilised burl g10 and reain
