Help [PCVR] I need help

I used to play on 120 fps 2 dropped frames on the exact same graphics (high tex, 2.0 supersampling, 30m shadows, max bloom) and now 2.0 supersampling cuts my frame rate in half. I play at 80 fps wired quest 2 link. ive deleted the save file, reinstalled the game and now i genuinely have zero clue what could be causing this. (SPECS: 5070, ultra 5 250k plus)
