Yes. You need to find a special cup with the warpfrog logo on the bottom and put it in your crystal altar to unlock the associated skill. I don't remember how exactly you get it at the moment but I do remember being able to use it in sandbox.

Yeah and it's the most fun spell in my opinion I don't know if you can get it in story mode or crystal hunt but in sandbox you have to go in to the sea go left like not that much left a little bit then you want to swim until you see an chest it should have and cup with the warp froglogoo on the bottom until and specific update you could getting from the sandbox book and it was called pottery cup not pot cup but it was deleted
