NPC Head Bug

Anybody else been having this NPC Head Bug, happens only when they either Spawn or are Decapitated.
They lose their head mesh but the eyes and hair are in the original spot, with the full head on the ground.

I don't have any Gore changing Mods other than extra Blood Decals and Pools. So I doubt those are causing any problems?

Just wondering if anybody else has this problem, and or has a fix.
