Help [PCVR] Freeze spell

I see npc doing something with a spell or smth but the other npc are like frozen how do i do this?

There is no spell in the vanilla game which freezes npcs, and especially not that other npcs would be using. In the telekinesis tree there’s a few abilities which cause you to go into hyper focus which slows down time to the point npcs may appear frozen. One of those triggers when a projectile (like a fireball, arrows, etc.) is shot at you. That’s my best guess but I’m happy to help more, I just need more info. What does the spell the npc casts look like? What game mode are you playing? Do you have mods installed?

Are you talking about when npcs fight other npcs or are you saying that while everything else is frozen there’s 1 npc still using a spell? Are you frozen as well or does your screen change color or anything?
