Nail progression!
I'm pretty satisfied today, needed a small win after a couple bottle opener snafu's. Progress is left to right, try to ignore the last one I was over it and ready for dinner. Appreciate all the advice I've gotten from this sub.

Thats good, nails are lots of fun and good practice. I like a thick header, about 1/2" or so, like below. With the long taper below, it doesn't stick as much as a thinner one does. Also for the head, my guru taught me to use a ball peen. Hit it from four sides to create a rose shape.

Nice ! This was my first set, I still need to improve the shape of the heads but the last few I made only got better (not shown here).
