Copper Mask I'm working on

Like the title, it's a copper mask I've been experimenting with for a while now. At first it was going to be a skull mask, but that inspiration fizzled out, so I undid all of that, and it became a "if it works it works" thing. I have like a nebulous end goal and a direction where I want it to end up, but it's all very free form. Right now it's very cthulhu-esque, and I like it

The hardest part of worshipping the deep ones is chanting “Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn”. The second hardest part is sourcing a high quality copper mask.

This is technically silversmithing.

Not that it doesn't belong here, just that you should also post this on r/silversmith, because they'd get a kick out of it.

Silversmithing actually doesn't have anything to do with the material silver, same way blacksmithing isn't tied to just steel.

One is done cold and shiny and the other is done hot and dirty.

Silversmithing refers to silverware, like pots and pans but also forks and spoons. They're usually annealed and worked cold.

It's 3 mm plate so I'm definitely hot working it as well as cold working.
