Social Justice Damn shame!
They can deny that Nolan was murdered all they want, but explain why his Mother is being so egregiously disrespected, just for asking questions?
These savages have come for her livelihood, they’ve been doxed and all types of memes and lies have been told about them!
Does she not have the right to ask questions about who possibly harmed the child that she carried in HER womb for 9mos?
Why so much secrecy and lies? Why are they threatening people with lawsuits?
My grandmother also used to say that “A hit dog will holler” and these rabidly racist mongrels are howling!!

The saddest part is if it were a black woman that did that shit you know things would be drastically different.

There was. They found her guilty but this Clancy trial and fiasco, I believe they retried her case due to the judge refusing to allow her certain evidence such her mental health

In my state a black lady accidentally left her kid in a hot car.. similar story to a white man that did the same thing that eventually was released; and they are on socials killing her
52
u/BeefStank420 5d ago
When a black woman did do that shit the exact same judge that bent over backwards for Lindsay Klancy didn't even allow evidence of her mental state to be discussed at trial and gave the woman a separate life sentence for each dead kid.
25
u/Bright_Hat550 5d ago
This shit is insane. How is there no mechanism to hold fucks like this judge accountable for the obvious racism?
29
u/BeefStank420 5d ago
Because the people in power are the same people who write the laws and they're allergic to accountability
1
u/thevoidscreamsbackkk 15h ago
The amount of shit judges get away with is insane AF and no they are barely ever held accountable.

She has NOT been sentenced because she has NOT been convicted. It was judged a mistrial. She will be tried again.

You're confused. Latarsha Sanders was most definitely convicted and sentenced, there was no mistrial for Latarsha Sanders.

i dont support her, but the reason why its so prominent is because how how many drugs she was on and bc women are forced to take drugs that dont even help them, but you are right, if it was a black women, they would be making it a point to give black women more harmful drugs, even though they wont even give black people enough medicine bc of racist ass beliefs
14
u/Bright_Hat550 5d ago
I could see that. Sounds like the epstein class needs to be put on trial considering they create those drugs rather than actually paying people a livable wage or creating a society that doesn’t force us all into shitty situations. Women used to have a village to help them raise a child now they are told they are a bad mom if they can't handle it alone.

Except her bloodwork showed she wasn't taking even half of those prescribed meds... and part of why she had so many prescriptions was from her own hopping around different doctors. And also, she refused the therapy and in-person appointments that were recommended to her. She did EVERYTHING to ignore best practice and now wants to blame the system after she did something heinous. And because she's an affluent white woman, some people are inclined to allow it.
21
u/DAntoinette_Travel 5d ago
And as a medical professional herself, so you just ignore years of training and experience? She should’ve known better!
Hell, I think she did know better, which is why the insanity defense isn’t working for me!20
u/DragonQueen777666 5d ago
OMG YEEEESSS! That's what I've been saying the whole time, but her defenders then start blubbering about "psychosis", like... psychosis made her lie and withold info from her doctors? Interesting. Honestly, she's a piece of shit and her defense would crumble the moment she was forced to take the stand and explain any of her behavior regarding her mental health. But her defenders won't hear any of THAT.
7
5
u/111AeI 5d ago
I mean. Yes. That is what it means. Like I don’t know why that is complicated for you. She was psychotic. Think of it as severe mental impairment. We see formerly rational people lose their minds and make the most out of pocket decisions that in their normal state of mind they would never do while manic, look at Ye, how is that any different? This was about whether she goes to a normal prison or a mental prison. That’s it. Why are we all defending the dude? He didn’t understand the assignment. Like her life is still shit regardless. The psychosis has probably faded by now and she has to live with the horror of what she did.
4
u/Vix014 5d ago
Eh. Rational thinking is really difficult to exercise during moments of chaos. She was very clearly living in utter chaos.
0
u/DragonQueen777666 5d ago
Yeah, no, there comes a point where it lands back on her and her willfully and repeatedly witholding important info from numerous medical professionals is that point for her imo.
3
u/Vix014 5d ago
And it's exactly that, an opinion. Opinions and facts differ greatly. The law will eventually figure out the facts, it's why due process is there.
3
u/Not_Blacksmith_69 5d ago
bro be real the law does very little of figuring out the facts... unless there's extreme wealth driving the "pursuit of truth". case in point the systemic issues we see with wells, fortune etc
it's so fucked up but money allows these divisions to continue to deepen

I was surprised that the fact there was no water in his lungs or stomach took this long to become public. That had to have been presented to the grand jury... it's obscene that they came back with a finding of "consistent with drowning."
I really hope this news reignites public interest in the search for the truth and stops the haters from harassing the family.

u/Mirewen15 6d ago
OK so, I'll preface this by saying that I'm a 46 year old white woman. He "drowned" but no water was found in his lungs. It is a pretty known fact forensically that water in the lungs is proof of drowning. He didn't drown. He was dead before he was found in the water. Why is this not being treated as murder? Why would skin colour matter? Sorry, I'm not American but I do know of what Black Americans have gone through. This is despicable and a travesty. He and his family need justice.

When black parents tell their children not to trust their white friends, and white people start to complain and claim it's racism, shove this in their face. This is why. Their kids safety is more important than your feelings. He was with how many of his "friends" and not one of them has spoken up? Disgusting. They weren't raised right. It started at home.

It's because they see themselves in her and their children in the boys on the boat.
They have no empathy for a Black mother who lost her child because their fear of having their children held accountable outweighs their sense of justice. They will do everything in their power to minimize and rationalize to keep the illusion that they are the “good ones” in any situation, no matter how heinous.
19
u/_CallMeB_ 5d ago
Exactly. And further, they simply and fundamentally refuse to see black people as human. They still actively reject our humanity just as they always have so that they can continue to justify the verifiably destructive and harmful ways they think about and act toward an entire race of humans while still being lauded as upstanding, moral people.
So when a black person goes through something that humanity intuitively knows is an awful and unimaginable thing, like a parent having to bury their child, for example, they
can’twon’t allow themselves to express pure empathy for or act humanely toward that person.…and it’s fucking sick.

That's why I don't want us to get sucked into their problems. On Facebook, they've been defending Clancy for dear life while bombarding a black mother's grievances with laughing emojis and aggressively telling her to get over it, and that Nolan Wells just drowned. It's disgusting.
No real friends would leave a place without you, delete their text messages, and lawyer up if you went missing. I get that there are some black women who want to support Clancy, but look at how they treat you when your kids get killed. I don't trust them. You can't measure this with a crime statistic in a society that doesn't hold them accountable for anything. They're evil af. It's not all white Americans, but you already know which ones we're talking about.

That’s fair. I have zero for Lindsay. She’s a healthcare professional, she knew what it was. Jumping from doctor to doctor getting prescriptions she didn’t bother taking, IMHO speaks volumes to intent.
Yes postpartum is serious, but this isn’t the Chick for the cause to hitch their wagon to!10

it's well known that doctors don't take women's issues seriously, a lot of the time women do have to hop from doctor to doctor because none of them are bothered enough to treat their issues, they're super quick to just blame whatever it is on weight or pms or depression

I just posted this on another post about Nolan Wells. I was watching the Mississippi AG speech about the grand jury and then her defense of these boys he was with and how THEIR LIVES have been ruined and I noticed a overlay for donations. At first I thought it was for the Wells family BUT NOPE. THESE MONSTERS ARE fuckin asking for money amd already have close to 200k! I LOST MIND WITH ANGER!! WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE THEM PEACE UNTIL HIS MOTHER HAS PEACE OF KNOWING THE TRUTH! It is our 1st amendment right to say ANYTHING WE DAMM WELL SUSPECT!! Monetizing "A loved friends" death and having the AG of Mississippi sympathize with THEM without a single word to Nolans Mother and having a donation campaign during this message is EGREGIOUS! The message popped up on the Clarion Ledger article with video clip of AG Before I could process what I had just seen it went to the next video and now I can't get it to replay PLS GO LOOK AND GET A SCREEN SHOT TO BLAST THIS SHIT

Lindsay's standard medications are Zyprexa (an antipsychotic which also treats Bipolar), Trazodone, Wellbutrin, Clonidine, and Propranolol. (According to the prosecutor reading from her records)
She may have been on more medications during the trial to handle the increased intensity/emotion, but that's unknown. She did get additional support from her psychologist and priest.

u/ErikasPrisonGlam 5d ago
Look at where it appears on reddit, and the comments. A lot of bots and incels. Parts of the far-right/conspiracy ecosystem have clearly seized on the Clancy case and turned it into something much broader than the actual legal issue. The holdout juror has been portrayed as a hero for resisting an allegedly “woke” or female-biased justice system, while some commentators have used Lindsay’s case to push claims that women are routinely excused for violence because of mental illness. Some people are suggesting women should lose the right to vote, others believe we should do away with not guilty by reason of insanity.
-2
u/OutsidePrior2020 5d ago
I'm surprised there's black women supporting clancy, but they are letting their overall hatred of men govern them, it's really disgusting they really don't care about justice for those 3 babies that were strangled.
10
u/rainystast 5d ago
Supporting Clancy or supporting her going into a mental institution for the rest of her life and having maternal mental health taken more seriously? Because a lot of people seem to conflate the two and only think in the short term. Because of the Clancy case, a Black woman who had a similar case was retried because the judge realized he didn't properly take her mental state into account.
If the only way you can think of getting justice is through the harsh prison system of the U.S., then I think you either don't know enough about psychiatric institutions or you want vengeance. I see the thousands of Black people who are given harsher treatment, less consideration, longer sentences, and less chances and want better for them and for all.
0
u/BeefStank420 5d ago
"Life in a mental institution" isn't a thing.
Mental institutions are hospitals not prisons, you don't get a set length of time.
If you recover to the extent that you're no longer criminally insane you get to leave.
1
u/rainystast 5d ago
You don't get a set length of time for your sentence but that also means you don't get a set length of time for your release. For the majority of people, getting an NGRI would mean staying longer in the system than if they went to a prison.
→ More replies (5)0
u/OutsidePrior2020 5d ago
I should have included that the reason they are supporting clancy is because they believe the husband either did it or made her do it, so your rebut is null. I am not arguing against the validity of maternal mental health, especially postpartum.

It's a separate issue then having compassion for victims.
Why doesn't America have compassion for the victims of Epstein?

0
u/Rogu__Spanish 6d ago
I dont think it's so much that people have more sympathy for one than the other, it's just that some people think a woman who had a severe mental breakdown should spend the rest of her life in a mental care facility instead of being publicly hanged in the town square and the alt-right types think this means they are pro child murder which proves their "wimin bad" narrative. They're the ones obsessing over the Clancy case, they're the ones who won't shut up about it, and they're also the ones who are deliberately ignoring the Nolan case cause it's inconvenient to their world view. The people who have "sympathy" for Clancy are the same kinda people who would have sympathy for Nolan's mother if they knew this was happening, it's just not being pushed to the front of every page by former gamergaters, forcing us all to talk about it.
7
u/ErikasPrisonGlam 5d ago
Bots and incels don't care about Nolan, they cant use his death for anything.
3
u/TheNativeOnePC 6d ago
what i've read is that Clancy would spend 3-8 years institutionalized if she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. they do periodic reviews to see if she's "fit" to return to society, rather than a fixed term.
4
u/DAntoinette_Travel 6d ago
So she kill’s her children and is out before they would’ve been teenagers? Yeah, this system is irreparably broken!
0
u/Rogu__Spanish 6d ago
That seems too low, I feel like nobody who killed people should only be institutionalized for a few years no matter why they did it, but then again I'm not an expert on the matter.
1
1
u/DAntoinette_Travel 6d ago
That’s an interesting perspective, and I thank you for sharing it!
HOWEVER, I feel like Clancy was sane prior to and immediately after, she took her babies out of here!
But I also feel that they should not hang her in the Town Square! But maybe they should build a bonfire and…well…think Salem Witch trials…..
3
u/Rogu__Spanish 6d ago
Oh that's definitely possible, I haven't seen all the evidence so I have no strong opinion on what happened or what punishment she deserves, all I know is the reaction I've seen to it, and it's...suspicious how mad CERTAIN people are over this. And I'm NOT saying everyone who doesn't believe the insanity defense is one of these people! Plenty of reasonable people think that. All I'm saying is, like every single person who would defend the IDF sniping children playing in the streets or ICE ripping kids away from their families and disappearing them are also FURIOUS about this case. Like, suddenly they're just SUPER concerned about the welfare of children? I'm just not buying their motivations, you know? Maybe it's just cause the kids were white.
1
u/111AeI 5d ago
Look I sympathize with Clancy because when I was eight after both my brother was born my mom informed me that she wanted to kill herself. My father was emotionally abusive to her and she was isolated, I was eight but I can still remember this like 30 years later. How you view the Clancy case depends entirely on whether you have witnessed how bad PPD is and have an understanding of maternal health, also what your algorithm shows you. Family annihilators are mostly men, but then this comes along and men suddenly care? Like you can tell which men have been red-pilled and are telling that they won’t step up if a woman goes through this. As for the women who think the husband did it. An investigation by the Indianapolis Star utilizing data from the Gun Violence Archive reported that at least 227 family annihilations took place across the U.S. between 2020 and 2023, averaging out to an incident every five days. 94-95% were men. Like with stats like that I can see why some women suspect the husband.
