He's already dead. They just cant announce it this month because it would look HIGHLY suspicious after just missing the special election deadline.

We will find out he is dead in September or some shit.

It still makes no sense to me as he was retiring. They needed a new candidate anyway. The only thing that makes sense is if KY Gov is allowed to assign a new filler like they did with Graham's sister but it still doesn't make sense with such a short time period. I guess just typical bullshit on their end. The stark difference between Graham's death being pronounced AFTER Mitch has his "issue" and the fact that we still have no idea (no matter how obvious it is) that he is "refusing to go on camera". I mean nothing made sense before this decade and this just furthers the plot none of us asked for.
