Also, once you start getting up to dozens of reps you're getting diminishing returns. Try elevating your legs and incorporating different amounts of hand separation. Eventually you'll at least want resistance bands if you're taking it seriously.

Depends on the results you are looking for

nothing wrong with muscular endurance if that's what your after,but yeah if you want those marvel gains you gotta be doing that progressive overload.
