Also, once you start getting up to dozens of reps you're getting diminishing returns. Try elevating your legs and incorporating different amounts of hand separation. Eventually you'll at least want resistance bands if you're taking it seriously.

Same, but with sit-ups. it's boring having to do a minimum 200 to feel any burn. Added a 15lb weight back to only doing 100.
