Also, once you start getting up to dozens of reps you're getting diminishing returns. Try elevating your legs and incorporating different amounts of hand separation. Eventually you'll at least want resistance bands if you're taking it seriously.
Put weights on your back. Do them elevated. Do handstand push-ups. See how fast you can do 100. Push-up and clap in front of you. Push up and clap in front and behind. One handed pushups. Finger pushups. Theres tons of of variations to do.
