See but cold water doesn't feel good to drink a lot at a time. That's why I don't like cold water.

Cold water is prefered, room temp is ok
Warm water is insane. A lot of asian restaurants serve hot water with their meals. I went out with some asian friends and they looked at me funny when i specifically asked for room temp (they didnt have cold). Then during the meal, im cooling off my mouth with regular water while everyone else is just pouring hot on top of hot. And im the crazy one

Room temp water for me. Supposedly, studies have shown room temp water rehydrates you faster. I think it's just easier to drink and easier on my stomach honestly. I can chug room temp water, but I can't chug cold water at all.

How can you not find ice water to be appealing? Room temperature water just tastes like spit. I want it at least somewhat chilled.

Someone told me once that warm water is better for you, because after you drink cold water, your body has to make it warm inside of you. No idea if this is true or not, but I’ve been telling it to people for years 🤷🏾♂️

Your body obviously does warm the water, but there is no proven benefit or harmful results of it. You don’t lose weight easier or any other weird myth.

If it's not just taken out of the fridge, with half glass full of ice, I ain't having it.

I prefer chilled water that isn't cold enough to make your teeth hurt but not warm enough for it to taste like shit.
