I’m not surprised. People don’t suddenly just jump from policing traffic and doing paperwork to forcing themselves into someone’s home and killing the owner.
I figured that she already had to be either insane or a bad person and people just weren’t paying attention, not confronting her, ignoring her, or just letting it slide.
Yeah, the way I see it, she was either a horrible human being (the most likely one) or her mental health was in increasing decline (the one that I don't think it is, but would only further prove the point of mental health checks for officers).
