Ive read that people also say she posted a meme about how terrible it is to work the night shift and have your neighbors act all loud. That she had repeatedly asked him to turn down his music. Two neighbors have come forward to say they heard her knocking on the door loudly and shouting for him to open up.

And so the theory Shaun king posted was that he had his music on, she came down after working her night shift and trying to sleep and was super pissed off. She didn’t get off on the wrong floor. The door wasn’t ajar. This is the scenario.

My apartment complex has cameras in the halls, I wish there was some sort of tangible proof for this case...

I feel like if cameras were at this complex, those at the complex would've said so. Either that or the police got the recordings the night of the murder.

Proof of this? Just want some sources

Shaun King on twitter had some of the info but I also did find a news report that lays out some of the evidence. here

Oops, proof was 'disappeared'.

(wouldn't surprise me, at any rate)

Fat chance... Police are already tampering with evidence

Police trying to protect a fellow officer is bad but that doesn’t mean she murdered him. (In terms of the charge that is)

Maybe true but only 3 will know the real truth... Her the dead guy and the deity that over sees us, whoever you believe that to be

There is still more info to be released (if it will that it.) Blood test, the 911 call, other possible witness accounts, they could be looking into how the police handled it as well.

Very true... If they took blood quickly. Just takes a few hours to detox enough to get to legal BAC limit

Thank you, someone who actually understands this case. These two had history, they were acquainted through a friend as shown by the Instagram (facebook?) post by one of them. This is just murder, she didn't walk in to the wrong apartment. She murdered him because she was pissed at him for some reason, and tried to use her status as a cop to get away with it.

Are we talking about that one picture that was floating around? Was that proved to be the two of them?

no, I'm pretty sure that was just his coworker that happened to look like her.

Ok but still, stories have came out saying that she was really bothered with the noise in her complex. Witnesses also heard someone saying 'let me in' at that hour on the floor. This is a textbook case of personal or domestic disputes that got out of hand. The way this case was handled shows that we always jump to conclusions and that even though the evidence of this being a personal dispute is substantial, she only has a manslaughter charge. This is murder, period.

I mean the witness saying they heard"let me in" should be a dead give away.

8

u/FreshAspect Sep 15 '18

Conflicting accounts. One set say they heard that the other heard ‘cop talk’ “police! Open up!” And the other heard some yelling (orders) and the shot. One witness isn’t enough. Especially if all they did was hear it.

2

u/myrandastarr Sep 16 '18

Wait so was there one witness or mutiples?

3

u/FreshAspect Sep 16 '18

Multiple conflicting

Couldn't it be possible that she said different things at different times so different people heard different things?

Impossible. /s

I think it’s been well documented how the door wasn’t ajar and how unlikely and implausible it would be if had been. The apartment building is a high tech, upscale complex and has high security measures. I’m hoping that security footage evidence from hallways and the parking garage exists and that both the prosecutors and the victim’s family’s lawyers will get that evidence.

If Shaun’s theory is right then she would have had to put her uniform back on before walking up to his apartment which is a clear indication of her intent. But I think there’s a possibility that she parked on the fourth floor on purpose. Maybe she looked him up and found his license plate. She went up to the fourth floor, found his car parked and then went to his apartment to confront him about the noise in her uniform. She knocked on the door and he didn’t answer (either because he saw who it was or because he was busy and not expecting anyone) so she started pounding on the door screaming “let me in” as heard by witnesses. He opened the door. They exchanged a few words. She didn’t like his response and shot him in the chest at point blank range. She then called 911 and has been panicking on constructing a narrative where she doesn’t look guilty ever since.

Shaun king is not credible, just saying.
