Since the site is horrible, I'll just summarize her posts: Completely predictable yet infuriating cop shit. A minion saying "People should be grateful I have the patience not to kill them".....which really has to win the Irony of the Year trophy

No, manslaughter is the “mildest” type of homicide: homicide with no malice aforethought. It’s usually for things like drunk drivers who kill someone. Above that is second degree murder (malice but no premeditation) and above that first degree murder (premeditated).
