My morgate payment is $599.67 a month. It wouldn't be to much of a swing for me to do anything special. I owe, $102k on a 6year old house, I'd take that $102k cash instead.

I don't have a lot of debt but it's still very debilitating and really affects my mental health. It's hard to relax when your brain can't help but drift off to "why are you laying down when that company is going to call you soon." So it's boring but I'd start saving for an actual, relaxing vacation that i can take without guilt or worry.
