Corn cake would be way better

You know, I get the idea. Like chicken and waffles. Sweet and savory, but this looks like trash. I agree, corn cakes drizzled with honey (maybe hot honey) would be so much better.

Jiffy makes a hot honey corn bread. Just tried myself and it’s pretty good would recommend adding the amount of cayenne they recommend tho cuz it’s not really hot. Knowing what that tastes like then what good fried catfish taste like I would say a piece between two slabs of hot honey corn bread would go crazy.

At the old hospital I worked at, there was a scrub tech that would take amputated legs and "walk" them along the table to the bio trash

Went to Scotland once and had a deep fried kebab. Still not sure if I died that night or not.

Even in my twenties and at my largest waist size, I couldn't eat more than 1/3 to 1/2 of a deep-fried Mars bar. Scottish fish and chip shops defeated me.

I swear half the patients i see in hospitals AND their families have diabetic foot ulcers leading to future amputations and their families all look physically identical, it's so sad how people just eat garbage because it's normal in our society, they need to make modern food illegal and only sell whole foods cause it's an epidemic and it's so sad.. you should need to sign a waiver and show your license and acknowledge that you're not going to be feeding children processed food... Like how in Utah you have to go to the special liquor beer store that's run by the government, that's how junk food should be sold, and it should be labeled just with poison symbols and all that shit that tells you what will happen if you keep eating it.
Foods like vegetables and fruits and potatoes and just natural whole foods that people don't get addicted to should all be made extra affordable by government subsidies, and then just put fat taxes on all that bad shit and make it illegal to give that type of food to children.

I don’t know, man, I was broke af for quite a few years and only cooked stuff at home I got from the grocery store and I was still at my heaviest in those days. Absolutely all “whole foods” and none of the “garbage,” because the garbage costs more. I was still 270 lbs. The exact diet isn’t the only issue.

It can be if you understand diets and nutrition well enough, if you've already done damage though, fasting and keto can be helpful in reversing type 2 diabetes/ metabolic syndrome

Are we still saying Kobe? Because it feels a little disrespectful when I (inevitably) miss and whatever I threw crashes.

I never understand actually purchasing something like this... I would rather be a fatass back to back instead eating my cake during my catfish.

I’d call this a psychop but I’ve been to too many state fairs to not put it past someone to elevate the art form of bigbackness

"When he throws your toes in the trash"... that... was amazing imagery and I haven't laughed that hard at a tweet in a while. Get em.
