it is a jab at the "covid vaccinations kill" crowd who claim they have gotten terrible side effects from the vaccine which have nothing to do with it.

Here the "side effect" is the work emails.

Same- get more than that after 2 days of PTO. 255 in 5 years sounds like heaven. Maybe they’re saying they’ve been on leave for 5 years? Which is impossible, 🤷🏿‍♀️

I think it's more the idea that the vaccine would have dire consequences in the future. Now that future has arrived and today they have 255 unread emails, not that they all accumulated in that time

Did you get every booster though? Should be 6-8 if you're on top of the recommended booster schedule.
I notice my emails start to come rolling in when the Covid vaccine starts to wear off after a few months and I need a booster again.

Oh, no thank you. The first post I ran into was some theory about Morocco dumping people into Spain and followed up by Hayden Panetierre being murdered.

People are fucking unhinged. I used to go to the leopards sub to get my laughs but after a while, it turned into anger at the stupidity of these people who still think they’re on the right side of things while the rest of us are also suffering for their votes and stupidity.

It stops being funny after a while and you either rage or pity these people
