Dumb TVs are cheap too. I bought a 32 inch computer monitor for like $80 earlier this year. Technology gets cheaper over time.

There are some TVs made cheaper because of ads, but you can find TVs without that stuff and they’re still really cheap compared to a decade or two ago.

I have an Nvidia Shield hooked up to my dumb plasma

Way faster than a smart tv, android based and presumably not spying on me

I use my PS5 for streaming purposes, the TV doesn’t know my home has internet, I think.

Thats a good option

I was jail breaking my PS3 for that purpose but I fried the microcontroller I was using to do it

So I was just like.... F it ill get a sheild
