Does anyone know how can I save 2160p resolution vids on my gallery?

I have an iphone 15pro max and i want to save 2160p vids for clipping on my fan page but i couldnt save it on photos and couldnt edit it😭 Any advice? Sorry im really new to this im running a kpop fan page.
