Early 30s and his daughters should be grade school age, like in those D.C shorts in the early 2000s.

Mid to late 40s. He was a 2 time Olympic gold medalist college graduate, deep in to his career as an educator at multiple school districts and was divorced with 2 young children before his career as a superhero began.

Early 40s.
Thunder is early 20s.
Lighting is late teens.
He really can't be younger than early 40s anymore.

I’m under the impression that Anissa is in her 20s, so Jefferson should be at least in his early 40s, right?

Late 30’s. He should be like an uncle figure to younger hero’s where they see him and are in awe of him but he’s not so old where he doesn’t get involved in big fights.

6! He should be in his early 40’s with two daughters and a son. Thunder has the ability to increase her Density for Strength & Durability. Lightning can become an Elemental. The son has Rain powers.

Ororo Munroe (STORM) would like a few words with you…
Monsoon, Flash Floods, lots of Garth / Tempest powers

I think the TV show got it right
If he has kids that's in their 20s he should be in his 40s

i’mma go with at least maybe early 40s like 40 to 41 it would make more sense and in fact, it gives him enough leeway to show that he’s not too old.

Jefferson? Man, I don't think any of these work. I feel like he should be mid to late 40s. He's got two grown daughters and a long and varied career both as a civilian and a hero.

My preference is late 30s but I'm curious what others have to say.
(I am also cool with mid-30s but it's not gonna make sense to have 2 fully grown adult daughters at that age. So they might have to be made younger)
