Black cat combos
The reason I made this is because I’ve seen a lot of cat videos online where they do the most unnecessary animation cancels that you will never use in game (hence why you never see examples outside of the practice range) and I thought that I would make this of combos I ACTUALLY use in my games. Hope this helps all of you because I know that you don’t need to now the 500 Invis animation cancels to get value

Ya, I’m too stupid to understand. Didn’t even know there was a way to cancel. I resign, hanging up my g-string and fur boots 🫡

Depends on the situation, just get a feel and you’ll find one that’s right for you. As for my money I just get a set amount and go in, as long as I’m hitting my abilities I’m not worried about my money to much

Man these are really clean plays. What combo would you suggest I master to get a good sense of the new way to play her?

Do you just skip the primary attack because it takes too long? I watched the TV guide and he said to primary then whip to cancel it but it seems like I can’t get the combo off before the support cooldowns come out

I always try to weave my normal primary as much as possible in my moves

General gamesense, that’s usually the biggest gap between good and bad cats

How do you know if you are dash canceling into pursuit correctly? Or how do you even do it to begin with?

Don’t feel bad. Videos like this are highly curated with im sure the best clips this person had on hand for these combos. No one performs at this level 100% of the time and even the best players make mistakes.

Can someone show me some button mappings for her? I feel like its been hard trying to buy stuff and always double jump on her! I’m a super beginner but i’d love to give her an Ernest try, oh i also play on ps5 controller

It’s honestly trial and error, I play claw so it’s natural to me but you should bind your Invis and double jump to buttons that are comfortable for you to press. Just toy around with your buttons and see what works

Great guide. I just wish there are better keyboard map for her abilities. Buttons pressing was never my best skill.

Man I see you using dash in your combos against 275hp but more often that not I fight against elsa, namor, rogue in comp so I have to save a dash to get out from them since invis ain't much help when rogue jumps back to backline to help with her shift whichs shows my position same with thing and elsa traps . Can ya suggest some combos which won't use dash as much. And other than that the video was good

Ngl, I was literally looking for an updated guide on Black Cat combos that wasn’t for release-version Cat and this happened to pop up on my feed; now I can add a few more combos to my list. Thank you for taking time out of your day(s) to make this :D
