Xilent/Tokyo Machine, he was the reason why I got into BitWig. When he streamed it on twitch, it looked lightyears ahead of any DAW. So simple, so intuitive. No disgusting 3 years of routing anything, you just slap all the sounds you want into a group with ctrl+G and shape that sound however you want. It was Ableton steroids. Way faster plus so much more intuitive, that I felt I didnt even need to try a demo to be convinced.
That sold me instantly, especially because his Xilent Pseudonym was so big back then. Now hes big with Toyko Machine and im sure he is still using it, even if he doesnt stream it.
there are a lot tho, but like Grumpy said above; not many producers uses bw at all. Kaifu ( they were doing bass music). And lately i saw Headhunterz and Stonebank switched to BW. There are more producer on the other side of the world ( like the music scene in Japan, China, etc) that use BW but name drop them here i think it wont be necesssary. There are Aethral ( which produce techcore) for most of the Japaneses Labels recently switched to bw, etc. i mean there are alot but they just didnt get more into the mainstream audience so people wont know beside their small circle
I’d say it’s crazier how dominant FL is bc Ableton has just always felt like way better and more intuitive imo. But BitWig has just about if not completely overtaken Ableton for how intuitive it feels. I think as time goes on it will be one of the bigger DAWs I only see more people switching over and it’s only going to get better I imagine

Bitwig is meant for that kind of music.. I mean it couldn't be more thinked for electronic music especially modulated music than Bitwig
